Your Grief Assessment is a private, one-on-one session with Sharon designed to help you understand where you are in your grief and what you need next to heal. You’ll complete a 45-question assessment before your session. Sharon will review your answers, identify patterns in your grief, and walk you through what’s keeping you stuck—and what will help you move forward.
